5 ways to Stop Acne

Among all skin disorders acne is the most common. More then 95% people face acne at some point in their lives. If acne is not controlled in the initial stages then acne aggravated into severe acne which can leave acne scars and that is not something that you would want. The best way to control is that you should not do the things that can cause acne outbreaks to intensify. So here are some pointers as the things to do and not to do.

Cosmetics Check:
Using chemical and oil based cosmetics can lead to aggravation of acne. Make sure that you use organic cosmetic products. These are easily available in the market, even after you use them you should wash your face throughly as leaving cometics on your face for too long isnt the wisest thing to do.

Birth Control Pills:
Birth Control Pills can also lead to acne so if you are experiencing acne and you are using birth control pills you should shift to other birth control methods.

Diet:
Although diet has little to do with your acne but eating healthy food can help you get rid of the excessive Toxin that is created in the body because of the use of unhealthy foods. Using fiber and Vitamins can help you get rid of the unwanted toxin.

Stress:
It is a known fact that stress can lead to acne. You can handle your stress levels by taking up exercise like running, weight training, yoga etc. these can not only help you maintain a good skin but also keep you in shape.

Hygiene:
Having poor hygiene can also lead to acne so it is important that you maintain a good level of hygiene for yourself. You should also use organic soaps for yourself as opposed to harsh chemical based soaps.

    I couldn’t understand some parts of this article to Stop Acne | Acne Blog, but I guess I just need to check some more resources regarding this, because it sounds interesting.
