Acne during Periods
Acne is one of the most common skin diseases specially in teenagers. This is because during puberty teenagers experience fluctuation in their hormones this leads to acne outbreaks. Since women experience fluctuation of hormones during their menstrual cycle(periods), it is noted that periods can be accompanied by acne breakouts. This means that a person who has this problem may have to face with it well after their teen years.
People who associate acne with teenagers should not be worried as result shows that a large population of people encounter acne even after reaching their 30s so if you are suffering from acne you should not feel alone in the world as there are many people who suffer from the same disease.
If you are witnessing acne outbreaks during your periods you can use certain medication that are made to slow down the fluctuation. The problem with this is that often these medications have side effects so you should use natural or herbal medications for control.

I couldn’t understand some parts of this article ring Periods | Acne Blog, but I guess I just need to check some more resources regarding this, because it sounds interesting.
