Black current oil for acne
There are a number of remedies that people use to cure their acne. these remedies have been used for generations to cure acne and other skin blemishes. Black current oil is one of these remedies that has been used to cure acne for centuries.
Why it works:
Black current oiol contains essential fatty acids and vitamin C as well. Both of these have proved extremly effective in curing acne as they provide the body with necessary antioxidants that rid the body of the free radicals that are a big cause of acne. Black current oil also contains Omega 6 fatty acids GLA(gamma-linoleic acid) that is helpfull in treating acne. as studies indicate that acne in some cases is caused by GLA deficiency.
Clinical Test:
a study containing 600 patients were treated by black current oil. nearly 70% of these were cured by it. the rest which were not helped by black current oil had either some sort of allergy or had weak immune system.
