Carrot for acne

Carrot provides the body with many different nutrition. these nutrition’s play there part in improving the health in general and skin in particular. it provides the body with useful Vitamins, Sodium, Calcium and Fiber. Many studies indicate that adding carrot to your diet will make your skin blemish free and glowing. The following is the composition of a carrot and how they help your skin and specially your acne.

Vitamins:
A Carrot has a lot of Vitamin A and C in them, Vitamin A is part of many drugs that counter acne while Vitamin C is Known to protect against infection. This makes it effective in case of acne.

Calcium:
Acne can be caused by Studies suggest that acne can be caused by calcium deficiencies. Since carrot is high on calcium content it can be used to provide the body with calium.

Sodium:
Sodium is also present in carrot and it has shown to be effective in treating acne. Many drugs that are in the market have sodium present in them.

Fiber:
Fiber is essential for your digestion. We know that acne can effect you if unwanted toxin is left in the system and fiber helps you to get rid of it. Also constipation is said to be a major cause of acne. Fiber is present in carrot and hence it can help in digestion.
