Refund Policy

Refund Terms & Conditions

The guarantee is valid for 30 days following the date noted on your purchase receipt.
No refund is available after the 30 days (including days required in sending shipments back to us).
You are requested to print the refund request form and send it along with the used product to the address specified in the form.
Shipment charges will not be refunded.
A deduction of $5 is made for a Transaction Charge.
This refund policy does not cover our Value Packs and/or Discounts Packs. Refund can ONLY be claimed for purchase of single a product.
Only ONE refund is allowed per customer, irrespective of the number of products bought by that customer.
It takes 10 days for refunds to be processed after the shipment is returned.
